The Joanne Calbeck Memorial Foundation was set up in memory of Joanne Calbeck who passed away on April 6, 1990.

The Foundation has supported various charities including, The Brain Tumor Foundation of Canada, The Huntington Society of Canada, The Canadian Cancer Society, Lansdowne Children’s Centre, Camp Trillium – Cancer Camp for Children, St. Joseph’s Hospital Foundation – Hospice Care, The Brantford General Hospital, The Make-A-Wish Foundation, The Children’s Safety Village of Brant, Habitat for Humanity Brant, and The Muscular Dystrophy Association, to name a few.
